well actually i got one today and i want to hide it its hiden now.. i gotta hide it from my parents and school -.- every morning my mum wakes me up so i have to hide it when im sleeping..my piercer told me that i shouldnt hide it at night only because the two balls might be removed and I may even choke :S i removed one of the two balls but the other cant be removed even with all my power :S is the "u" ring designed like that or any model that only one of them can be removed ? :S

shame its not straight, the piercer didn't pull her septum down so she went at an angle to avoid her nose... not raggin on the piercer because there might have been a vein in the way. nice piercings though!

@TwiggyPunky The piercing is a septum, Depending on preference it is normally done at 1.2mm or 1.6mm. Although you can have it done at a larger gauge if you plan on stretching. The needle used is a Cannula gray 1.3mm(16g) used for a 1.2mm initial piercing standard for female clients

@thelovelysecks actually it doesnt matter what type of clamp you use really, sure they have specially made septum clamps but it really doesnt matter what type you use and its a curved barbell instead of a circular barbell thats why it looks different then the regular jewelry....

Wow, what a shitty place to get pierced. Why are you all leaned up on a wall instead of in a chair designed for piercing shops? I'd never go to a place like this. And the piercing is probably so "short" because for your first jewelry they use a smaller ring so that it's less likely to move around, get caught, or agitate the nose. Mine's short as well, all you can see are the balls.

I pierced mine like two days ago, and I've changed mine like three times with no problem. I flipped it right away. My mom won't let me have it, so I flip it up. It didn't hurt that much, but I did sneeze like 50 million times. :) There's also no signs of infection...so I think I did good. Lol.
