Shaving your arms will not make it grow in thicker (I'm an esthetician student). It may look like it's growing in thicker because the hair is short when it starts to grow back but it won't be any thicker than the rest of the hair you just cut off (it's from the same cuticle). The only thing I've noticed is if you wax the hair on your arms it grows in sparse and a little wacky and I got quite a few like little in-grown hairs but if you exfoliate really well it doesn't make a difference.
omg girls like you are my number one nightmare! I'm allergic to perfume and when people come to work or school bathed in perfume i get extremely sick! I wish people would be considerate of those who are allergic and not baptise themselves in it!!!

@KeshviGx No not silly at all dont worry :) There are many types of Toners but most as far as i am aware (please dont quote me im no beauty expert lol) aid in removing oil, makeup and dirt from the surface of the skin.

I am a girl and not to be weird but i use guy deoderant (not sure if i spelled that right) but IT WORKS! I am in softball and alot of sports and i feel that guys deorderant gives me more protection!
@Cheyennegiveshugs Men are argued (they do but i guess some do not perspire as much as others so i keep this statement very loose) to perspire more than women. Therefore a mens deoderant must be able to tackle the excess sweat. So i can see how it can work for you. Not weired at all!
I would however consider keeping a bodyspray in your bag also. Its good to just spray your clothing etc during the day for constant freshness if you do perspire alot. :)

@saphiredewdrop Shaving wouldn't have any effect on the coarseness or speed of hair growth.You're just cutting the hair off, not pulling it from the root, so externally shaving wouldn't effect the root itself. The only thing that I can think of that would change your hair texture would be hormonal fluctuations.
An old lady walked by me yesterday and I have to say..some oldies smell goooood! O.O She was wearing something that was smelling yummy! and I have to say, some old guys smell good too. I had to laugh about shaving your arms, could you imagine as you said, someone shaved their arm and it grew back really thick- you turned them into a gorrira!! lol!!
i usually wash my hair first and condition my hair before washing my body because this allows the conditioner to kind of soak into ur hair while u r washing ur body, and then u rinse. i wash my hair, condition it, tie it in a loose bun to get it out of the way, wash by body...scrub all over, then i rinse everything and last of all, i use a face cleanser on my face. oh and rinse my hair with cold water. =)

@kandeepanther its just like a body spray but sometimes a little milder in scent. its usually most of a splash that comes out of the bottle than a misty like spray also. I can remember when i was little and body splashes use to smell like you just got out of the shower fragance to them, not a fruity like smell at all.
i think balance is the key and putting 10 types of perfum on your body is kinda much, i mean you don;t people to smell you from a mile, only from a couple of feet distance so yeah, if you wear too much perfum can be nasty

i have basically the exact routine...except i lotion up & then spray myself. i feel the same way you do...everyone should have their own scent, & it's allllll about layers. people always ask me what type of spray i use, & i'll just tell them one of the sprays i put on. rather it's body wash, lotion, deodorant, heat guard for your hair...make sure you love the smell of it. it'll all add to "your scent".
If your arm hair ever does grow back thicker or at least darker, get a green honey wax, and that will pull out all the old hair and dead skin. Works well with your armpits too=)
1.When ur in the shower wash ur hair with hot water it will open ur hair fualicles then when ur conditioning it rinse it with cold it will keep it moisturized better.also a tip condition ur hair only a ponytail down[however much hair will be in ur ponytail not ur roots] it will grow faster
2.A after u wash ur face put cold water on it this will close up ur pores&prevent dirt getting in it
3.After u shower is the best time to put lotion on! it will seem into ur skin better make it a routine
You're funny! And thank you for the great tips! I especially like the 'wait 2 minutes after face-toner dries before proceeding for pores to close better' tip. I think that's a really good one, esp. for those with acne prone skin. And a little deodorant tip from me that's ancient, but it still works is salt or sea salt (if you're skin isn't too sensitive). Rub it on wet armpits and let it dry completely. Salt kills odor causing bacteria. Then a deodorant or perfume on top to last all day!

nice tip on spraying the back of your neck. I would be careful about all the products you are loading on your skin though. There are parabens and other toxins that absorb into your skin-it is your biggest organ. I just mention it because you mention covering your ENTIRE body. Just a word up that you might want to consider some natural products, including deoderant (aluminum has been linked to neurotoxemia diseases ie; alzheimers). Arm & Hammer has a good and cheap natural deoderant ;)
I'm not trying to troll you, but when you got to all the scents you wear I was kind of disappointed and disgusted. You're beautiful and I'm sure you don't smell bad at all, so why do you wear SOOOO much heavily scented stuff? You're kind of the natural enemy to someone like me; strong scents make me nauseous and give me headaches. If I met you on the bus or in public, I'd have to plug my nose and RUN! It's a good video though I feel like most people who don't wear alot of scents do it out of respect for others, we have a no scents policy at my University because we have faculty and staff who are very sensitive to scents. It can affect breathing and bother their eyes and throats. People in the health care industry can't or are not supposed to wear scents either, I love perfume and girly things but as a future nurse I wouldn't want to harm any of my clients unintentionally.

Try aluminum free products. Aluminum is absorbed into the skin/body and accumulates in the brain...BAD!
Try baking soda and cornstarch 2/1 ratio. You can add essential oil drops to it to give it a scent.

My leg hair doesnt grow back thicker...and this sounds like too much work xD I wouldnt feel like doing all that. I just hop my ass in the shower & do my business, brush my teeth and rinse my face. Boom. Im done. But you go ahead and do what you do.

nice tip on spraying the back of your neck. I would be careful about all the products you are loading on your skin though. There are parabens and other toxins that absorb into your skin-it is your biggest organ. I just mention it because you mention covering your ENTIRE body. Just a word up that you might want to consider some natural products, including deoderant (aluminum has been linked to neurotoxemia diseases ie; alzheimers). Arm & Hammer has a good and cheap natural deoderant ;)

I'm not trying to troll you, but when you got to all the scents you wear I was kind of disappointed and disgusted. You're beautiful and I'm sure you don't smell bad at all, so why do you wear SOOOO much heavily scented stuff? You're kind of the natural enemy to someone like me; strong scents make me nauseous and give me headaches. If I met you on the bus or in public, I'd have to plug my nose and RUN! If you're still doing this now, please consider cutting back!

It's a good video though I feel like most people who don't wear alot of scents do it out of respect for others, we have a no scents policy at my University because we have faculty and staff who are very sensitive to scents. It can affect breathing and bother their eyes and throats. People in the health care industry can't or are not supposed to wear scents either, I love perfume and girly things but as a future nurse I wouldn't want to harm any of my clients unintentionally.
