Bike race is a cool one. But the one that's really memorable for me is the one played when u open sealed doors/chests and Balthasar's place. It's a sad piece, I'll admit. But sets the mood for when u turn the Nu off. Makes me feel like he really died in that moment.

Played it first on PS, bundled with FFIV. Its my very first rpg played but didn't finished it. So after the DS version came out, I got my copy immediately and the experience of continuing a game that you've never finished is great. The music in Chrono Trigger is great.

I think Chrono Trigger is the only game that makes me nostalgic enough to give me goosebumps. It's the first game I remember playing really seriously, and ever since I played it the first time, every year or two I had a strong desire to either dig out a rom or the SNES cartriage. :'D

@Sumsar97 It isn't from an anime. It was a cut scene added to the playstation re-release of the game. It probably reminds you of Dragon Ball because Akira Toriyama did the character design for this game (and was the creator of that series).

its simply amazing the sense of nostalgia I get from listening to this. the soundtrack was incredible. I probably played and beat this game close to half a dozen times. tried to beat it with every character, take every different route in the story line, do everything I could change things up. Simple a phenomenal achievement Chrono Trigger was.

Ah, Crono Trigger, one of the finest RPG's ever! This video certainly brings back memories.... I may have to drag my old SNES out of the attic just to play this game again! Part of the fun of this game is unlocking all of the different endings, but I tip my hat to the writers for a fantastic story, and the sound technicians for excellant music! This game should be re-launched for the Wii, or have a sequel made for the Wii.

@BlakerXP I enjoyed Golden Sun, but Chrono Trigger is way more solid. Better story, better characters, better production. Don't get me wrong, Golden Sun is great in many ways, but Chrono Trigger has been rereleased twice for a reason, and really any RPG fan needs to play it.

Personally I think 'A Ruined World' is the best song. It's so simple, but the wind and clanging sound make it the most fitting.

It's as though no one would be able to make music since the world is in ruins, so all you get is this simple sound instead.
