The blonde guy is Ranger Francis Gage and the girl is Ranger Sydney Cooke. They started to come in the last two seasons of WTR. They share some "chemistry" they'd tease each other and also share not a kiss but two. But, the writer didn't do a thing to put these two together. They made such a beautiful couple.
