I am in the process of making my own too, I am just adding the charms to my own charm bracelet though. I vacation in Santa Fe all the time and that is where I found the heart charm (the have tons of them at jackolope or at the flea market for a $1). And I thought for sure I could find a wolf charm (or at least a coyote) but I had no such luck. So I am currently looking for the Jacob. I want mine out of wood though.

sure. i got the chain from michaels for, actually, pretty cheap. then i attached the wolf carving (which u can make from clay or order online) with jump rings also from michaels. the heart was much harder to find; there is a specialty bead store by where i live called the "birds and the bees" where i bought that swarovski crystal heart for $3, also attached with a jump ring.
