Lotus Elise First drive at Autocross

I sat shotgun in a lotus for autox once.

Good grief, it's amazing how different that car is from other cars.

The MINI is a blast but the Lotus is a whole other level of concentration and speed. I would love to get alot more seat time in the car.

Hehe, wasn't my car as I said before. I would have personally gotten an Exige. But, this car was one of the early Elise's, from before the Exige was available in the US.

I'm from Europe and here autocross is something different...

Try to search for 'autocross' in youtube and you'll see..

well there are several autocross championship but they are all on offroad track...

Thats RALLYcross in Europe, its a mix of offroad and asphalt.....

in europe autocross is offroad and asphalt...as said...we have RALLYS here in america...where you see STI's tearing through mud, ice, rivers, ect...pretty much everything that you cant get tractions on, is what the race track is
