Weave is a fashion accessory! women change hair stles like different bags to go with outfits or make up or even lashes. oh no they are cutting the wefts...

Yes they are cutting the wefts. This can be done because the "strip" at the top is a solid strip and therefore the weft will not shed unlike other wefts

For as far as I know there is no other way of thightening the wefts than taking them out and redo the whole service, but maybe somebody else does have a good idea
