When the host talked for any prize, it should be the one in their group talk in English for the audience's understanding. It's because of the place of holding the award, it's not located in Korea. It's held in Singapore. I'm sure that almost of the audience is singapore who can speak english. Why they don't talk in English? not the whole just some part of the word that you said.
