the way I see it its probably better to skip the first two excercises and go straight on to freestanding hspu`s, even if they`re crap. No amount of wall work will give you the balance and control needed, and you can build the necessary strength as your going along, regardless. Cool video none the less.
Very cool series of exercises, but It might be worth mentioning that people with high blood pressure (i.e. me) should not do this particular one or other upside-down ones. It can lead to a stroke.
my dreams will come true if i could do freestanding handstand.. i keep falling down when trying to do a handstand.. still need more practice.. great work al!
@m3gadinum8 Thanks - It takes a lot of practice to get a freestanding handstand. I have another video that is just about learning to do the handstand - look for it and keep training hard!
