  • i like how he smiles for 2 to 3 secs before the camera cuts

  • the way I see it its probably better to skip the first two excercises and go straight on to freestanding hspu`s, even if they`re crap. No amount of wall work will give you the balance and control needed, and you can build the necessary strength as your going along, regardless. Cool video none the less.

  • @smeightytwo We're gonna have to agree to disagree on this one. Thanks for sharing your opinion though.

  • Very cool series of exercises, but It might be worth mentioning that people with high blood pressure (i.e. me) should not do this particular one or other upside-down ones. It can lead to a stroke.

  • @jdsouza Thanks for the "heads-up" :)

  • so what did you do to build balance?

  • @TheVindicatedOne Lots of practice! I have a tutorial just on handstands, btw. Search for it. :)

  • Every vid is a workout gem! Keep 'em coming Al!

  • @dawalli Thanks, Dawalli! More to come!

  • you seriously need to make a collage clip of all your beastly moves, Al!

  • @fataloptimist Thanks! I've got a couple "best of" vids that you can search for. I'll probably do another at some point.

  • did you try tiger bend pushups? lol

  • @kosteaproduction Still working on that one!

  • Thanks again Al I will start with those pike pushups today! and by the way that peanut butter banana smoothie is freaking awesome !!!!

  • @norcalrasta Thanks! Glad you like the smoothie!

  • Great tips :) i hope to boost my power :) btw, try to figure out how to boost your AUDIO ;) ..with new mic or smth, speaking closer or louder ;)

respect AL , i enjoy your vids!!

  • @GoHiper Thanks! And yeah sorry for the crappy sound quality on this one.

  • my dreams will come true if i could do freestanding handstand.. i keep falling down when trying to do a handstand.. still need more practice.. great work al!

  • @m3gadinum8 Thanks - It takes a lot of practice to get a freestanding handstand. I have another video that is just about learning to do the handstand - look for it and keep training hard!

  • Al Kavaldo and how think, whether will help press-ups with a rack at a wall for studying of a handstand without a wall?

  • @Konstantin110 I recommend practicing both methods. Click the link in the description to read the article that goes with this video.

  • @alkavadlo Thanks.
