I couldn't remember the name of this game and searched around for ages (I remembered the box art and that it was for game gear, so I searched based off that).
I had absolutely no freakin' clue how to hurt the last boss when I was a kid, and it started nagging at my brain recently, so I started looking.
wow, same exact thing. i remember being frustrated as hell but not wanting to give up my hard earned victory so i just left the damn thing on and plugged into the AC adapter until it finally shorted out a week later lol
Loved this game.
I might find 6 batteries so I can play it again.

I'm not sure if getting all gems makes a different ending. But all for that "5 second rainbow level" ? Sheesh.
The final boss Pete, wowow, so reptitive and long like the dragon. Very legendary game indeed though.

I used to have this game, and couldn't figure out how to beat King Pete for the life of me, all the music was awesome, I still sing it today, haha.

I played a game like that before. Only Mickey was in a candy shop, a toy store, and a forest...I don't remember the name of the game though.
