i don't know if i mentioned it before, but this video title is innacurate. It should be called switching from Windows to OSX, or swtiching from PC to Mac. Thanks to BootCamp you can run Windows natively on a Mac without any issues, so a person doesn't have to switch, they can use both if they wish.

recommendation. if you're new to a Mac and you're thinking of purchasing Microsoft Office for Mac, don't. It's nothing like the Windows version and iWork is a Mac specific Office suite that in some ways is far superior to what Microsoft offers. It is compatible with office formats so don't let that scare you off. There are tons of templates to help you out and get you started and each app in the suite links you to video guides when you first launch them, which i don't believe microsoft does

Man I understand you. But dude I got over 20 app's on my computer right now that I use all the time. $20,000 worth of programs I got in 3 days. all it cost me was time. I'll never buy software

i have over $50,000 dollars in software which only costed me about $3000 which i aquired over a few months and over 15,000 songs

which wouldve costed me around $20,000

digital media is becoming way too costy

and i pay 500$ a month for my internet which is over 50mbps

but when i get software for free i make sure i support the company somewhow, afterall the spend their time to make it :]

I actually have a MAC and PC. because i feel theres things that windows can do easier than a make like jus play music, and or watch videos alot easier and grab plugins alot easier but macs are more creative inclined. photoshop, rare virus's, runs smoother less freezing. but PC still rocks

Both the PC and the Mac have their own flavors, so to speak.

For the Mac, I am hooked on Final Cut and that is what I primarily use for 100% of my YouTube videos.

My experience is totally different. Take for example the YouTube videos of a Mac user called AppleSoldier, also read some of the comments...I was disgusted about it, for me a reason not to buy the Macs that I had planned to buy this year for me and my wife, and at a later stage 2 of my kids.
