IMO looks better aesthetically, but it also aids in cooling the engine allowing better air flow seeing it's porous.

Ferrari does well integrating exterior components to make the engine run smoother, without compromising the rear visibility. I looked at a Murcielago, but upon driving it the cooling ducts that rise up to cool off the engine when it gets hot, the visibility was not great. That and the handling, the Ferrari was much more confidence inspiring. Audi has taken measures to make the Lamborghini more driveable for daily use, but the Murcielago was still a little too tail happy for my comfort.

well the 360 has some minor differences it has more of a racing style to it, but the easiest way is to look at the back of them, the 360 has black going across the tail lights
