At 4:40 Mr. Schiff makes a valid statement and the other guy just laughs it off like it's ridiculous. People start to think the question is not valid just because one guy laughs. Like when Bush and Kerry were asked if they are in Skull & Bones; they just laughed it off, and it makes an entirely valid question appear ridiculous to the uninformed. It really works.

Since I was a little kid, I have understood this. It is common sense. When an economy, currency or government is based on borrowing/debt, you will have a collapse. When I was a child (10-12 years old) I understood and expressed the analogy of the country being a house, the national debt being digging a large hole under the house. You destroy the foundation and the house will fall! Could it be simpler.

Please don't forget the people who bought homes to live in and raise their family but overpaid due to price manipulation caused by the bankers. Don't lump all home owners as speculators. They got caught in the mess and it wasn't their fault. I hope they walk away from their upside loans and start over. Make the banks eat it.
