I took my pooch to a local dog park today and counted 5 bags of dog poop that owners dropped on the ground for others to clean up. Sometimes people leave the bags on or beside benches, sometimes on top of fence posts, on the walking trails or worst still, in blackberry brambles. I've tried to remove the bags from the brambles and either I cut my hand or the bag tears to shreds. What's the problem with these owners anyway? Just lazy and or arrogant?
