@50kT doubt it, my friend works on a ranch and on day a bear snuck up on him while he was repairing the fence that separates properties. He had enough time to climb a tree, all he had was his 19/22 and it took 66 rounds to take the bear down.

@mrkiky Yup 66 rounds, he carry's a 7.62 bolt action ever since then. I'm not familiar with bears but I would imagine the bear didn't feel in danger .22's probably felt like sharp poking to him. As far as a .22 to the neck of a bear I also don't know but their skin is much thicker than ours as well as their veins and arteries i'm assuming. But I have seen a .22 to a human neck and it's not pretty, .22's do a lot of internal damage but probably not as much to big game because of the skin.

@50kT if you have bear problems carry around a larger calibre gun. you dont wanna be shooting at a bear with a .22 unless you have absolutly no other choice, it causes the bear alot of pain and alot of your ammo. Also try scaring it off before you shoot it. carry around a high calibre pistol, 12 gauge or high calibre rifle.
you wouldnt add another can, so to answer your q, no. as far as how long the barrel is, its an sbr for sure, its fa and its suppressed. is that a folding stock? 800 in stamps. or is the stock and sb a aow 5 dollar stamp? oh, btw if thats a transferable fa the trigger and bolt are a gun by themselves and worth a measly 10 to 12 grand

@ThePhan7em - .22 rounds generally have a velocity of 1000fps tracer or not. A .22 can kill, but at 50 yards it wont be an instant kill, the rabbit will most likely run off injured and eventually bleed out and die somewhere. I wouldnt use a .22 for rabbits at all. Your better off with a .17hmr (way more accurate than a .22 will ever be). Though I dont think ive ever seen a .17hmr tracer round before.. And ive never herd of anyone using tracer rounds for hunting either.
@13098519 .22 works on rabbits great , if its two far away dont shoot it. 22 is cheap abundent and does the job just as good as any other round ,also you cant use tracers for hunting, its illegal
