According to PA there were about 1.5 million Arabs here in 1948, and that's while Britain was allowing unlimited Arab immigration while blocking Jewish immigration from 1939. That's about 20% of today's population. What must it have been like before the Jews revitalized the country's economy and drew in hordes of Arab immigrants seeking a better life for themselves?
