Just worked for me. I had some trouble at first because it would not let me import/export out of outlook. I needed to go into the microsoft office setup and chose advanced settings, and tell import export to run form my computer. after that, the process went just as the video said. Thanks!

It won't allow me to select the import/export button in outlook! what do i do?
