  • How many bro off's have these guys experienced?

  • For reference, Usain Bolt averaged ~23.35mph for his 9 and some second 100m. Also for reference, if you don't know, Usain Bolt is the fastest man alive.

    This video is retarded.

  • lol @ :25

  • He actually went 0 miles / hr

  • @HigherPhoto It depends on the observer's frame of reference.

  • Seems like one of those fake videos the way they act

  • Im just disappointed that you guys let your athletes sit down and chill between bouts on the supertreadmill! How about walking around getting your heart rate down and getting mentally ready for your next run!?!

  • Well, in this case i can run at a million miles a second, because i'm standing on the earth, beat that.

  • For 5 seconds?

  • just say "JORDAN RUNS 23 MPH ON A TREADMILL". easy

  • YOU WEREN'T RUNNING 23MPH, YOU WERE STEPPING ON A MOVING FLOOR THAT WAS GOING 23MPH

  • @BIIIIIIIIIG9 He is actually still running at 23 mph that way... Because he has to keep up on his own - by adjusting his running speed - to what speed the ground is moving at.

  • @Majason23 ER... NO DUE TO PHYSICS, THERE IS LESS ACTIVITY REQUIRED TO MOVE LEGS TO MATCH A MOVING TARGET AS THERE IS TO PUSH THE BODY WEIGHT OF ONE LEG TO THE OTHER TO GAIN SPEED WITHOUT REDUCING SPEED DUE TO FRICTION OF FOOT STOPPING POWER....SHOW ME HIM RUNNING FROM 0 - 23MPH THEN HE IS, UNFORTUNATELY DUE TO FATIGUE GAINING SUCH SPEED IS DIFFICULT

  • I RUN 200 MPH BECAUSE I AM AS FAST AS A CORVETTE ZO6.

  • Dude!!!

  • fags

  • usually these videos result in someone rolling and flying off the treadmill, lmao

  • can you say douche bags?

  • @omguregood thats my uncle

  • @MikeBoyer187 cool story bro tell it again

  • run forrest run

  • Wow, they even have the fan to simulate the wind resistance! Probably can't even break 20 on a track..

  • i did that for 13 minutes omg i nearly passed out afterwards

  • @Aztexwarrior u sir are full of a ton of shit

  • doing 23 on a treadmil is not even close to as hard as doing 23 on flat ground

  • @arx320skater thats my uncle

  • @MikeBoyer187 good for u

  • @arx320skater Can you do either?

  • @arx320skater Wind resistance is a serious factor at 23 MPH, so agreed.

  • what a name gommer

  • @NDF211Gunner

hey man hows it going. No harm , I just wanted to say Usain Bolts top speed is 27. But his average speed is 23mph. But your right. If this guy could maintain 23mph he would fall somewhere among the elite. I'm just a huge track fan. Have a great day man.

  • Good pace and great form!

  • "Yeah! We don't get laid!"

  • @NDF211Gunner

running on a track is different from running on a treadmill .... despite what this guy has done which is very good on a track he would get blown away by other runners because on a treadmill the belt helps the runner whereas on a trtack the individual would have to do all the hard work..... therefore even if he would to hold for 20 seconds it no record would be beat

  • Comment removed

  • @NDF211Gunner exactly. theres no pushing.

  • lol i just stumbled upon this vid and its funny the amount of angry people commenting :)

  • Bunch of dumb meatheads....

  • Yeah i cold you weak ass

  • @superfunnyrootbeer are you a black boy holding a TV while the cops are chasing you? If that's the case NO SHIT

  • run off the treadmill this is not running.Make a new video outside like next 2 a car and see how fast u are.

  • that's not running... its just moving your legs fast and keeping up with the tread mill..

  • @superfunnyrootbeer If you could in fact run that fast, then you would know both how difficult and how impressive it is, and offer some form of congratulations (or at least respect) to a fellow runner. You are obviously just another internet douchebag.

  • Thats lame, I could beat it

  • @StreetGlowMonster No you couldnt, go fuck yourself douchebag

  • @superfunnyrootbeer Thats olympic pace infact thats 100m in 9.8 seconds

  • @crazycake93 in fact, you have to build up speed, so its a lil more than 9.8

  • He's going to punch him self in the jaw..

  • @superfunnyrootbeer then run off a cliff cunt

  • where i go we put the elevation down a little wen we do flat runs

  • Wanna race...

  • that was maybe a 20, maybe

  • that is not 23 mph

  • @travelbaseball4life: You lied. That is 23 MPH.

  • V ideo doesn't say 23 mph with wind resistance. So STFU, 23 mph is fucking hard to do, treadmill or not.

  • @bosanac01 True. But running on a treadmill is, from a physiological standpoint, easier to do than normal running because you arn't contracting your hamstrings, just your qauds.

  • not running 23mph.

  • @WizardFM: He is running 23 MPH. Don't lie.

  • Funny, but not real. There is no air drag and no momentum. It's not like real running.

  • Holy shit I thought 15mph was fast.

  • why not slowly build up the speed much safer

  • @lenzzii i dunno but for some reason every advantage training video they do this, their must be some reason. pushing yourself to the limit maybe?

  • Omg Dx

  • ok you may not be the fastest, but you do have the balls to do that. 5 stars.

  • dork.

  • wow that was quick

  • mann that is fast, Scary to think Usian bolt was clocked at 27.8mph... with wind resistance ofcourse

  • that is the scariest thing I've ever done! And I was only going 10mph! Stepping off is hard...

  • At 23 mph air resistance is a mayor issue, in fact over 10 mph affects already, but over 20 is huge, so what is normal tiem on the track?

  • thats not how fast u really can run. because on a tredmill u dont push of the ground to push your body foward all u do is move your legs like your running but you do not push of the ground or right the wind so i'd take of 2-3 mph for the wind and and 1-2 for pushing of the ground so bout 3-5 mph off that is your top speed in running on ground

  • @Fr3shChriS13: Do not lie. That is how fast he can run. Also, you cannot take away 2-3 MPH for the wind and 1-2 MPH for pushing off the ground. Do you understand that. Don't ever do that.

  • @azcade101 Well okay, you can't take away any of that, no. The dude was running at 23 mph. However, you can say that it is MUCH harder to run 23 mph outside, and that if 23 is his all out best he likely can not run it outside/off treadmill.

  • @LMaster1 Unless your definition of running is not "keeping pace with a surface in motion." If this dude is "running at 23mph," are you gonna count it when I put my legs in the air, move them as fast as I can, and clock them with a radar gun?

  • means nothing because there is no wind resistance running in place.

  • how does it mean nothing? 23 mph is 23 mph... true or false? Yeah wind does have meaning, but gettin' your legs to move that fast still says somethin'...
