Your history is a bit off man isla sorna was were ingen tried to make a park but failed horribly no guests besides workers were on the island its were they experimented with different types of dinosaurs isla sorna if you want to call it is bassicly like Jurrasic the hunted only with an accurate story line haha but isla nublar was were they tried recreating or creating a insane theme park but again failed because of a major security breach. and a hurricane force storm.
