And as I've mentioned earlier, I currently own the galaxy s2 and can prove to you if you want, dumb fuck. Out of those 3 phones in this video it's my opinion that LG has the best display, and Super Amoled Plus display on my galaxy s2 beats all of those displays hands down.

@chrischoy9 For you information the iPhone 4S has a great display that is manufactured by LG display. If you want displays with deep blacks then AMOLED is the only technology to go. Well..

First of all.. you cant judge a phone jusst by its photo quality.

They all pretty much have similar resolutions..apart from LG being brighter.

But when it comes down to it.. HTC sensation rises to the top since it has a dual core processor, an 8 megapixel camera, andd HTC sence. ;]

Wtf? Amoled uses OLEDS for every subpixel. That has NOTHING to do with a LCD screen, which has a constant bright white backlight, with a filter in front. The benefit of OLED is that black is therefore COMPLETELY black, as there's no leakage in the filter, and while an LCD showing a black screen *still* has a bright white backlight on, the OLED is obviously off, meaning considerably better efficiency.

Do your homework. (OLED can't achieve Retina resolution atm, btw)

@iAnimationProduction That may be true, but Super Amoled Plus isn't in any of those phones. I'm just pointing out some massive flaws in their logic for screen comparison, as well as something I'd refer to as false advertisement. (They market the screens for being OLEDs with a high resolution. PenTile is often written in the background, and even then, not explained.)

... But if the Super Duper AMOLED Giga Plus (Sorry, "Super PLUS!" is too much for me) is non-pentile, that'd be great.

(AMOLED screens "cheat" to achieve high resolutions using the PenTile system, which means every pixel only have 2 subpixels, and in order to show all colors, it needs to borrow a subpixel from the neighboring pixel. This means blurry pictures when trying to achieve the full resolution. Therefore, in picture quality, the Retina display wins big time. Do note that it's made by LG, though, and the energy efficiency is considerably lower than that of an OLED.)

optimus over saturates and has a high brightness, iphone 4 lack some saturation but its viewing angles are still something to compeat about, the sensation feels dull in colors, for exmample in the frass picture with the cat, the lg has a lot of yellow in the green which oversaturates and creates bright spots, the iphone has a decent comination of color and the sensation comes really close but the green feels almost dull in comparison to it, not if htc did the ips technology if only... lol

The retina display looks so matt and grey because the most colours are only visible on your retina because they get transfered from the screen to your eye ans are only there visible and not trough the camera...in real the retina display is the best one the others look unnatural and too bright and colourful...retina is the best
