  • Delicious!! It's similar to cacciucco(Italian fish stew), but I like it!! I would make that from scratch! I didn't want to overcook the shellfish, but it's amazing! The anchovy butter aounds flavorful, but most Americans don't prefer anchovy.......and I don't know why they avoided that small fish. I like anchovy in caesar dressing, gremolata, and etc. Thanks for posting. =D
