There is a bean running along the centre of the tree house, below all the joists. The beams rests in the fork of the tree. I then connected 5/16 chain on each corner and connected the other ends to a tensioner that is connected to a sling around a branch above the treehouse. In total there is only 4 bolts connected to the tree to stabilize the unit. The total estimated weight is about 3000 LBS check it out on my website. under treehouses

lol, i have a video that my dad build a mini car then u can ride (someone pushes u) and then theres a liver that if u pull, the car stops, it had seats and everything, ever the turn left or right!! - and also a video of my dad building a 5 ft high ramp, it can saftley carry like 500 pounds, and u can alson ride down with a smooth area on the ramp!! XD Coolio anyways
