Nice job man. i have played your previous version. My friend and i were laughing the entire time. Your game works great on a real snes provided you have a Super Wild Card DX2 or a Game Doctor SF7 to load the rom on a real snes. Keep up the great work.

Thanks I have been testing it on a real snes too. I have a SF3, but also I modded the actual game cart so I can put the hack back on the actual cart.

An easily solved problem. 1EDBB -> 1EDD2: Theme color palette address pointers. You can repoint them to somewhere else and have compressed palettes that are as big as you need.

The intro looks great. I'm not sure about the dark track/background colors. Have you seen the d4s kart hack? His dark vanilla lakes, donut plains, and bowser castles don't make a good match. I think something as bright as Earthbound Kart by GlitchCog would work better if normal light colors don't.

I meant to say track and grass/offroad colors. The space background on this course is great. Maybe I'm turned off by the contrast between dark gray and light gray where you shouldn't put two dark colors next to eachother.

Your old Bowser Castle course looks pretty good, even with the black and gray.  I guess two noncontrastive colors are bad.

Thanks for the feedback, I'll see what I can do. The problem is that the palettes have to be recompressed and can't be bigger than the original. I've set as many of the unused colours to black so they compress better. However after changing all the driver's palettes there is not much room to play with. So with it being to moon do you think the non track ground should be a light blue or yellow?
