  • Just uploaded some more that I found.

  • Every episode had a bit where Cribby was bashing around in the trees shouting McGlurk! McGlurk! and spider would pop out of a crevice all like 'Well well well Cribby, seems like you're lost again' and Cribby would be all like 'Quiet McGlurk, I need you to get those Secret Valley numbskulls' and McGlurk would be all 'That's going to cost you Cribby... 100 cream buns'.

    MCGLUUUUUUUURK!

  • @timbro23 remember the pop up witch at the boys cave , to ward off any goodytwoshoes valley kids?

  • @kingofkongisland Classic McGlurk tactics right there. Those secret valley schmucks would be way too scared to go past a creepy witch.

  • Holy fuck he carrying a fmd!

  • I used to never miss this show!! loved it

  • awesome im goin to rock oput to pugwalls summer while i search for HOME

  • Great show , reminds me of coming home from school.I gotta say though, man I despised those little secret valley twerps wholeheartedly, what abunch of dweebs.Spiders gang on the other hand were awesome, the cave, the lollies and cream buns,Cribbins,WW etc.. My favourite epidsode was the one with the dreaded 'Pee Wee' in it. Anyone remember that one?

  • @kingofkongisland hells yeah. Pee Wee was a boss. Spider, Snake and Sparrow I think was the crew. All of them were afraid of Pee Wee. Was he from New Zealand or something? Or maybe New York? Best was how Spider and his guys had a spider tattoo and had to have it scanned to get into their secret cave. Amazing bush technology.

  • It's the Piss Weak Kids!!!

  • @TrickyNick79 Not quite as piss weak without Charlie

  • Is this going to come on DVD?? I found it via google search as I always remembered the theme tune to the music of waltzing Matalda, 1 programme that I have never forgot..

  • I want the shirt.

  • My recollection is that WW looked something like Matt Preston?

I used to think this show was a lot more serious than flour bombs. I had a secret valley t-shirt - a good friend of mine's Dad worked for the ABC. Great show - really leveraged Skippy well.

  • Awesome!

Heaps of people my age can't remember this show, now i can show them!

    Thanks.

  • i love that incidental music.

  • They should have this on DVD

  • God damn that Spider McGlurk and his infurnal flour bombs!

  • Oh no!!! A flour bomb!!!

Awesome show. I remember actually hating the secret valley kids and wishing I was living in the cave with Spider McGlurk and his gang. I think the other two bad kids were Spider and Sparrow. And they got paid in lollies! Funny stuff.

  • YES! An actual ep at last! Very nostalgic, even that "suspense" music I'd forgotten until now! Thanks for the discovery and upload... I'd love to see this show on DVD someday!

  • I've not seen this for years!!! couldn' t remember the name of it for so long. cheers

  • I've got to agree with salx77...it takes be back, too! Love it! I wish they would release this series on dvd!!! ♥

  • Wow. This takes me back to 3rd grade. And that's some fine '80s-style acting at 1:59!

  • I LOVED THIS SHOW!! Can anyone make out what it says on the shirts under 'secret valley'?

  • Holiday Camp!

  • I think I was about 7 or 8 yrs old when I first saw this show. I loved it!

  • I loved this show! Haven't been able to find it since the 80's! Thanks Mate!

  • OUTSTANDING this was CLASSIC just waiting for it to come out on DVD box set... NO WAIT BLUE RAY. Any idea about hte kids show that use to be on in the mornings on ABC that was done in sand and went OOOH ahhh ahh OOh eee EE?

  • how times change. if Spider McGlurk pulled that shit now, he'd be arrested for domestic terrorism and held indefinately. haha.

  • oh this was on abc.. top show....

  • ROFL Spider McGlurk rules......

  • ahhhhh Saturdays just aren't the same...thanx for posting these gems of nostalgia

  • McGLERK!

  • The music KICKS ARSE!

  • Awsome.... ;) except for that Spider McGlurk.. He's just not a team player...

    Thanks man

  • thx for the vids. Those were the days!

  • I am from Spain, I think this program was a spanish-australian coproduction. I watched it when I was a child (i'm 32 y/o now), in Spanish Tv, and I did love it.

There were such a great tv series for kids back in the '80s. Now there is nothing in tv for children.

I feel so lucky for having spent my childhood in the '80s.

Today, kids have lots of technology and internet and everything, but I bet they aren't half the happy we were in the '80s.

Greetings to all my generation fellows!

  • This is great, if you got anymore episodes can you post them too please, this takes me back to a happy place.

  • spider gang rock

  • Wow! Thanks for posting this blast from the past!

  • Really appreciate you posting these - sure takes me back. The 80's were great!

  • I used to watch this when i was a kid, it was the greatest, Thanks for putting it up, if you have more i would watch them for the great times of TV.

  • LOL.. I love when the kid bails off the bike.. Funny stuff. This makes the Henderson kids look like good actors.
