How do I as a beginner with past injury in the left sacral spinal and hip area begin to do these types of exercise? Can I rehurt myself or are these exercises beginner enough to avoid injury?
Where and how do I start? Also, how do you feel about drinking coffee as a beverage. Is it in general too acidic esp. when practising yoga?
@alhambra10p I think you would have to adjust the posture to were you can feel a stretch but it not uncomfortablke for you to sit in for 30 to 60 secs. Concentrate on your breathing and feeling your bodies muscles slip deeper and deeper into the stretch over time. You want to feel a stretch not a strain.
