i couldn't agree more with how the judges handled this situation. just imagine if the she was dismissed right after she broke down in front of her mum and the audience. it could've been traumatic for her as such a young age with such promise. kids should be dealt with positive behavior rather than be dismissed, humiliated. it may seem 'fair' to the other contestants but who cares. Simon was right, Hollie won the crowd not because of pity but because of her talent.
