I'm a Nintendo fanboy but this video is hilarious!!! I hate the DS... I have never seen anything TO THIS DAY that I wanted to play on the DS. As far as portable systems go the PSP is far better than the DS and that is the portable system I purchased. Nintendo does a great job and all, but I just don't fit the demographic the DS is aimed at which is young kids. I don't think any respectable hardcore gamer would be caught dead playing a DS..... It's a friggin toy.

It's not supposed to go back that far but if you drop it, it will click into that position rather than breaking. They're actually pretty tough little machines, you just have to refrain from deliberately snapping it in half. Difficult for some people, I know.

i liked the end when he tried to bite it =) and i don't have a ds lite but my friend does and it's cracking at the hinge. i have the original ds and i love it! i don't care if it's bulky or heavy, i still love it. as for my psp, i don't even play it anymore. and the fact that it's layered with the "glossy" plastic makes it even more susceptable to scratches and cracks.

The joke was that the kids were feeling it through their connection with the DS's. like the force, get it? I like Nintendo too, and it was moderately entertaining in a "I cant believe youre doing that" kind of mind set. I couldnt believe it since I like to take care of good stuff expecially if they work.....I guess to me destroying somehting thats new/working great is such a waste.......especially electronics whether it be a old TV or whatever.....

Are you sure? I couldnt really tell. He seemed to be making a statement toward either how stupid the DSlite is and taking out his anger on it, of course in a staged fashion but nevertheless making a point. I couldnt really tell if he was trying to make the point that the DS is actually NOT fragile.....

This is [correct me if I'm wrong on this] the FIRST defect Nintendo has ever had with its products, and that asshole has to make a big deal about it? Why didn't he drop [or it would've been slammed against the ground if he did it], then stomp repeatedly, a PSP when it first came out... because most can be damaged or broken by a 5-foot drop onto concrete ground?

man ds lite isnt that lean man that full put on it so much force and the ds lite was build like that to click so that when ur walkin and playin the screen wont start jumpin and it took him 3 strong hits in the ground to break it ds lite isnt lean and if u still dont believe me look for the video where a guy runs over it with a car it just cracks a lil bit!
