  • at 3:09, I thought that ref was gonna kick some ass...

  • top !

  • Somebody should kill the girls

  • fkn girls in the background..

  • imagen that girl from half the video screeming in bed

  • 111 like it 11 dislike it :D

  • pizza la pizza la pizza la

  • @monstero111

    sie sagen Nicolas ;)

    ______

    they say Nicolas

  • fuck you.

  • the most effective martial arts are the ones that train to fight. not the ones that train to point spar.

  • @DREAUXENTERTAINMENT taekwondo learn how to fight. they only learn how to spar for competition. if you mess with an decent taekwondo martial artist you'll get a decent kick in the head and pass out.

  • @RaitoDenki oh so that's why they consistently get their shit rocked at mma clubs round the globe.

  • @DREAUXENTERTAINMENT thats ur opinion, not the truth. but what i'm telling you is the truth. the deadliest kicks are taekwondo kicks, and capoeira kicks. they learn how to spar for competitions as you see in here.

  • @RaitoDenki i agree. TKD is badass when trained properly. i hate point fighting because i find it very unrealistic. and when "blackbelts" from point fighting arts step into the cage they tend to get dominated because the intensity is on an entirely different scale. I'm not taking anything away from TKD, what i'm saying is that if its trained for point fighting, it really sets you behind others in a combat style arena because the training is so drastically different. real TKD is awesome ITF isn't

  • @DREAUXENTERTAINMENT couz maybe u dont know taekwondo has kicks and grappling techniques but most taekwondo users dont learn them couz they are only prepared for this ... for competition so most of them either forget or are "noob" at it... but mate dont understimate a martial art... ever... they are all good... its the user's fault not the martial art

  • @DREAUXENTERTAINMENT i can agree with this, very good point you make

  • @trdefthegamer actually, since you're so intent on being the goddamn word police now, the UFC and the superbowl aren't equivalent things. The UFC would be equivalent to the NFL which is a sport league where they play football. The UFC is a sport league where they sport fight. Go kill yourself you stupid fuck.

  • FALCON KICK

  • @htoodoh Untrue It Matters On The Right Moment And Time Of The Situation, Not Rules. Look At Buakaw For Instance Pure Muay Thai Striker Fighting Under Kickboxing Rules And He's Be Champion Twice And Has Even Dominated K-1

  • what a kick!

  • ruki ruki ruki :D

  • @to6ooo94 ruki ruki is hands hands in russian taekwondo=russian sport

  • ref need to get out of the way..shiet

  • the sparring in this is better compared to other videos however i hardly seen them put there guard up

  • I wish comments on martial arts videos were disabled so I could actually watch one without reading all the stupid fucking comments people post. Yes, this is a sport, yes, so is the UFC, yes, so is every other instance of anybody fighting in the history of humanity unless they were both completely intent on killing each other. As we don't have any videos of those conflicts, and as I doubt any of you morons have participated in any fights to the death lately, shut the fuck up already.

  • @fredcharlotte ufc isn't a sport just like the superbowl isnt a sport

  • what is wrong with people. no joke there guards are down. this is a sport not a fight. having your guard down increases the amount of area you can block with your arms. most taekwondo fighters learn this when they get in the ring.

  • i hate that martial art. then just keep jumping like bunnies with guard down..

  • 0:55 was fucking brutal

  • Seeing this video and all other tae kwan do videos, i have to admit it's nice to see those fancy kicks. but i can't really call it martial art in competitions. Cause all i see are fly kicks but their guards are always down. Put any boxer in, their legs are useless.

  • @emuang66 i agree with what you say about most the videos on here, but the school where i practice has much more focus on guarding and punching, no 540 tornado kicks, it's all about practical application.

  • LOL has anyone named the kick yet? Ill name it for you. Tornado.

  • What kind of tournament is this? Or what organization?

    I would like to participate.

  • @akirablue7 the organization is ITF International Taekwondo Federation. this match is located in North Korea. I don't think that they'd allow you to compete. when TKD was created the first governing body for the new art was ITF. Gen Choi defected to N. Korea and took ITF with him. In 1973 the WTF was formed.

  • @loujencece

Yes sir. What i meant is, for ex.) the USAT is the branch that deals with TKD martial sportists associated with olympic sparring matches that lead up to the olympics.

I have heard of ITF tournaments, but i haven't heard of a particular branch as to competing in their tournaments.

Access wise, no worries. I am an ITF martial artist also.

  • second fight ri choi trying for headbutt..omg

  • Those dudes are dangerous....

  • the first one won because kos are not allowed in itf, right?

  • haha, i would like to quote conan the barbarian for this video: "Conan! What is best in life? Conan: To crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentation of their women."

  • ITF is so much better than WTF. in WTF they just hug each other 50% of the time and throw their hands up to celebrate each time after scoring a kick, wtf?

  • Wtf 3:49 A headbutt in Tea-Kwon-Do ?

  • @domsok LOL and i think he tried launching a 2nd one at around 4:08

  • This is why i left Tkd years ago... It's not a fight it takes minutes for a good shot, and if you try and go from the first second and beat the opponent very hard you get no respect from nobody, what the heck ??, Yea i know now I'm not a child anymore, and i should stay on my sit and don't be pissed off by this things, but this is the way of martial arts, beat the opponent before he beat you, not playing.....

  • @DrAgonBull2all

Well.. This is a competition and it has rules.

Go to downtown and beat ppl up if you want to.

ps. You sure don't give your thoughts out like grown up ^^

  • then dont I go on tournaments to win not to compete, anyone can "compete" I knockout my opponent to proove and show that my belt isnt just some piece of clothe that I put around my uniform

  • 0:55 :)

  • lol nice , but hwang su could have done better , he just didn't move i dunno why maybe he was kinda afraid :| loool anyways nice fight bravo ri chol nam :D !

  • Peoples Republic of Korea?

  • lol. You're funny.

  • I wish Tae Kwon Do had more punches. They have swift kicks, but lack in punches and grappling. Cool video though, gives me good ideas.

  • well every martial art specialises in something, taekwondo in kicks, jiu jitsu in grappling on the ground, aikido for blocking, muay thai for knees and punches/elbows.

pretty much, learning all of those then using them together, will make you an awsome fighter

  • Taekwondo does have a set of punching technics, the thing is that punching is more for street fighting than this sort of tournament. In a pefectly flat and wide environment like this, your legs have longer reach and more power than your arms with arguably the same speed, there is then little point on trying to lead your combination with punches, they are rather kept for close quarters or suprising your oponent.

  • @xxapoloxx what is a bigger suprise then a kick in the head

  • @xxapoloxx Finally someone explained it properly! Thank you! depending on a situation of the martial artist various techniques are put used, but a great Taekwondo martial artists or master can succesfully use a combination of kicks and punches. Great example is when different Martial Arts clash in a ring.

p.s.(boxing is a sport not martial art... for those who dont know)

  • @WiTeBoi tae kwon do is not based on punches as you can see. 70% of the moves are kicks and the rest are arm movements. You would probably use your arms for a transition into a kick. Like i said Tae Kwon Do is based on kicks.

  • There are some ITF TKD videos around that show hand strikes. You might find those more interesting.

  • Ya Tae Kwondo revolves around turning and using the waist and legs to build momentum into one kick. Personally I think TKD rivals Muay Thai in terms of destructive power. If you pit a TDK master against a Karate Master I'll bet the TDK master would win just basted on the longer ranged, destructive power behind the techniques

  • karate has mor punches.

main term of taekwondo is for kicking

  • I can figh their master or grand master. ou name it!

  • keep talkin

  • These guys are pretty fast, first KO was epic....

  • lol at the flying headbutt around 3:50

  • are they not allowed to use their hands in this sport? (blocking/punch) why do they have gloves?

  • apparently you weren't watching the whole video... watch again

  • yeah i typed the comment before i saw the whole vid hehe.

  • they need it to punch chest area it count as one point

  • punches have to be perfect to score and even then it is like half of a kick.

  • blocking?

  • it's allowed, you don't seem to see a lot of it, no trapping blocks, no sweeps, it's a kicking sport

  • yeah, that's what i figured (kicking sport) i didn't see any blocking at all on the other vids here on youtube. it's like they didn't even think of attempting to block any of those kicks.

  • i do tkd there are sweeps and traps and punching the sport let me repeat SPORT does not allow it YOU USE IT IN REAL LIFE

  • Im sorry, I was only referring to the sport, which is what we were commenting on. I am no expert in tkd, in the 6 months I did spend in it, I dont remember ever sweeping or trapping without being asked not to. It has been a while, maybe my memory fades.

  • once in chun do kwan style you are a purple belt 4th rank you learn sweeps and traps

  • yes, every style is different, some introduce those earlier.

  • body shots

  • Jesus Christ! What a kick!

  • wer r the helmets?

  • i prefer the shiap kyeurougi

  • I'm tired of all comments about, what is the best martial art, becouse that isnt about the martial art, depends of the artist.

for example the vid about Muay Thai vs Tkd, where the tkd fighter lost. From my point of view if the fighter were Ri Chol Nam, The thing were very different, couse he had a more effective martial concept.

  • @Zeighent I agree, thats like puttin a boxer and a tkd in a ring with boxing rules, - the boxer would not doubt win, vice versa the tkd dude wins hands down. that is wat MMA is for. If you want to c who the best ALL ROUND fighter is in multiple disciplines watch dat n STFU u CLOWNS!

  • @Zeighent Arguing anything is pointless. it's called an art for a reason. They are all different. It's like Comparing Picasso to Da Vinci. You can't do it; it's not fair. both have their own styles and appeals. Just like say TKD vs. Muay Thai or Jujutsu. They are all different and they are all art.

  • @Zeighent Well said. There is NO SUCH THING as a "Best martial art". There are only good martial artists. Each martial will share similar techniques but in the end, each martial art is defined by their morals, ideals and practices.

  • He wait and he win, Taekwondo ITF, i like this,

    Este coreano es un crack

  • is it in korea?.

  • yeah, I think it is in Korea because umpire and crowd speak Korean.

  • HEADBUTT

  • good real video itf tae kwon do not that called sweepings wtf that in fact must be called tae do. by the real meaning of tkd it is way feet and hands. but the shameful thing is that wtf to see lying an outstanding fighter tkd and say is ours is wtf. the best ones leave itf.

  • Comment removed

  • wow the 2 last one r good

    they evenly match

    wow

    nice post 5/5

  • KTJ? What is Hwang Su Il's nationality?

  • nice video, ITF is nice...not like that WTF bullshit sloppy kicking or should I say dancing...

  • reply to nyguill13:

oh really? name me the videos i say stupid shit? you obviously don't practice any martial art...for a 26 year old dude you are acting pretty stupid...you're pathetic

  • There is a reply button you dont need to type reply moron.

and yes I've seen a bunch of TKD vids where you just talk shit, im not 26 (even though my profile says other wise) And I do practice Martial Arts extensively.

  • lol you think I don't know that? the thing is sometimes even when you reply, other ppl see it as a normal comment...so I wrote that just in case.whatever dude, I don't need to explain you shit...bye

  • ya enjoy your ignorance but just save the rest of the martial arts community your stupid comments.

  • Amazing!! I wonder what dans are these guys?

  • Is this ITF?

  • yes..

    wow you amizing

one of the best i saw ever!!!

    if not the best

  • no taekwondo owns thai watever

  • That makes no grammatical sense whatsoever so I don't even know whether you're trying to insult me or agreeing with me lol.

  • but why you typt shite when you're a grammatical wonder

  • actually it depends on the figther

  • Aye and it's jsut a coincidence that all the best fighters train thai.

    Good job.

  • Well Thai is easy to apply.... Anderson silva wouldn't be half as good with his kicks if he hadn't done TKD

  • WTF ARE U TALKING ABOUT stupid cunt anderson only did muay thai cunt LEARN FACTS and jiu jitsu but doesnt count as stand up cunt!

  • Actually it was his first style retard and i never said JJ was for stand up dont try to school me bitch I do this shit daily

  • u stupid motherfuckn kid stay away from the comp brat, have respect dont talk crap behind the screen

  • Cant have respect for punk ass bitches who dont know their shit

  • whats with the head butts at 4:10

anyway best tkd fight i've ever seen.

  • You know what i didn't see coming... That first tornado kick. lol

  • wow this guys were good

  • i hate the bitch screaming in the background!!!

  • 540 kick ftw!

  • yeh of course ITF is deadlier??? note the sarcasm in my voice. how can stopping and starting everytime sum1 lands a shot be deadlier for fucks sake it doesnt even resemble anything close to a real life fight in a fight on a street u dont land a shot stop recompose ur self and start fighting again. WORLD TKD ftw!

  • Yeah, but last time I checked you also have hands in a real fight which are pretty useful when the other cunt gets too close to be kicked.

I prefer ITF, you obviously prefer WTF. Neither is better its just personal preference. What's the point in slagging ITF when they are both Taekwando?

  • i apologise i feel the same way as u taekwondo is taekwondo at the end of the day regardless if u do ITF or WTF, my comment 3months ago was just a reaction to a comment made by fardanio which claims that 1 form of tkd is deadly than another, at the end of the day you learn all the same stuff in both the only real difference is the sparring which as u can tell i prefere WTF sparing but i must admit i do admire the accuracy, timing, and composure needed to land and score in ITF sparring.

  • what is allstyle tkd?

  • I always laugh with ITF athlets ... The only the know saying is " WTF is gay " and the dont even have good technick ... If you watch carfully 80% of their kicks are like they want to kill the opponent ... LOL .. BTW i have to admit this video is hm... good !!

  • I agree

  • itf is deadlier than the wTF

  • kde bol tento zapas?

  • Very nice kick haha

For this tournament do they have to win by KO or the same point system WTF uses?

  • Very nice dorlyo chagui at the begining, then also many great.

  • STUPID ASIAN GIRLS

  • That was quite impressive and quite ineffective. I would like to watch a fight between some regular Russian guy/Bob Sapp against one of those jumping frogs. I guess Russian/Bob Sapp would just stand there without moving for about 3 minutes impressed by guy's kicks, then he would get bored, punch the guy, get his prize and go home.

  • You don't know how much stronger a kick is to a punch. A kick has more power and greater range. Bob Sapp is too slow and has low endurance. He would fall to one roundhouse to the head.

  • Bob Sapp would just stand there and protect his nose from being hit (the guy in this video fell because he got kicked in the nose - I'm sorry but that's our second weak point, he could be knocked out by a simple punch). He'd just wait till his opponent gets tired or makes a mistake and then SMASH - blood on the floor.

  • lol sure, dude a well put tkd kick makes you hit yourself hard when your defending your face, i know it by experience, and a simple punch is the most easily avoidable shit on earth, instead tkd kicks are extremely fast and powerful, in fact it was demostrated that the tkd cheat 720 kick gets the greatest power a human strike can get. u know nothing.

  • Depends on what experience you made. Perhaps you're just too bad at defense, Bob Sapp's face defending hand probably weights more than you and your lousy kick.

  • mate.. as for the 720 kick, he's right .. and as far as technique is concerned, tkd is a bit back in that matter.. and the reason for that I believe is not being full contact. and not throwing. but trust me, any guy who knows what he's doing in TKD can be a very excellent fighter and exceptional opponent, I had my three ribs broken by one kick, so trust me on this one.

  • And what makes you think someone like Bob Sapp couldn't break your three or more ribs by a single punch?

On the other hand, I'd like to see one of those jumping frogs breaking Bob Sapp's ribs.

  • it was never a question of power my friend, What I wanted to tell you was that kicking holds equal power and 720 kick is the most powerful move a human body can acheive.

as far as bob sapp's concerned, when he hits me I'll know. For now, I'm telling you what I did get hit with... and this is just ignorance you know, playing down a style like this, what makes you think that one thing is better than the other just coz you practice one kind of martial arts, don't undersestimate, that's the rule.

  • The hands down is a common thing taught in korea cause it disrupts the other guys rhythm... anyway, it was pretty fucking impressive yeah! Should have the dude in K1, it'd be fun to watch. Crazy North Koreans!

  • very fast 360 spin body kick,

  • Nice headbutt at 3:55.

Impressive kicks. Changes my opinion of Taekwondo.

  • its the ITF its a little different than the olympic WTF style

  • Fast legs! Veyr impressive kicks.

I never understood why a fighting style that encourages head kicks with such force would fight with their hands at their waist like that.

  • POhmto foda o torigui ... mas pena q num valia .. uhauhauh
