hmmm Chilaquiles are usually VERY VERY SPICY and I mean HOT! With lots of serrano chiles and beans. This version is more for the American palate methinks.

in mexico they eat everything with tortillas

@gabrielk310 well the poor eat more tortilas because corn its what they grow in their lands they dont have the luxury to make food like other countries only the people that have good jobs or live in the city dont eat tortillas its like if you said asians eat rice always maybe because its cheaper and they have to make a meal or dont eat at all food its food tortillas and beans its better then beans alone i guess anything to make your tummy full
