This isn't saying it's Obama,....it's a black female, telling her friend to vote, it's not saying it's a reflection of Obama, or anything like that. Besides, I think the female who's voice you're hearing is a black female, and she is just having fun. It's build a monkey "anything". Quiet being so sensitive.
