I don't see a problem with this, if these guys spent more time mingling with the public in this way they probably wouldn't get all the hassle, and be absorbed into society better. Couple of bobbies last summer (sweltering day) flipped off their jackets and were kicking a football around with half a dozen kids in the park, it gave a great atmos and an atmosphere of relaxation.
They were doing some sort of complex training to assist the public when the time comes, what if there is a situation where they are required to slide down a hill during snowy seasons?

@itskirstybetchx ,well the fact they was wrecking the poly riot sheild at the time..."throw it back with the rest no one will know who did it "attitude........buy a crappy sled for 10 pounds dont wreck a sheild that costs(taxpayers) over 400 EACH.....(and yes these sheilds cost that much and can take high impacts and heat etc butt the cold and using them like this will cause cracks etc not to mention the resin that holds the handles on.....sure have fun but think first

I don't see a problem with this, if these guys spent more time mingling with the public in this way they probably wouldn't get all the hassle, and be absorbed into society better. Couple of bobbies last summer (sweltering day) flipped off their jackets and were kicking a football around with half a dozen kids in the park, it gave a great atmos and an atmosphere of relaxation.

They are supposed to be working for a wage which I, as well as everyone else who works, pays them. They should be catching criminals and preventing crime, not sliding down a fucking hill on their riot shield.
