I'm trying to grow my nails but first all I'm doing is makin sure there clipped filed and just let them grow it's been a week and they've grow long but my nails are the worst at peeling and they have all gone thing and small so I'm upset but now just gonna try one strenthner and see how they go good luk with your nails guys!!

this honestly didnt help at all. i need a way to grow my nails WITHOUT having to spend £10 on a strengthener that most likely wont work! cant any1 tell me a way to like stimulate the nails? maybe massaging them or something.

@Tabby430 i used to bite my nails, i got this nail biting polish at walmart that was less than $3, it tastes super bitter and really helped me to stop biting my nails, you must reapply two coats twice a day for a month to break the habit,

I used to bite my nails like there was no tommorrow. They always used to look rought and a mess, not attractive at all. I finally beat nail biting and now i have beautiful long nails that i love. The best motivation is to imagine how much nicer you will look. I get compliments all the time and nobody beileves me that they are real !
