4AD is all you need to know, Bauhaus, Wolfgang Press, This Mortal Coil, Xymox, Cocteau twins, Dead Can Dance, Etc. great ear for music that is before its time. Started out as Alternative Punk with bauhaus and turned into the music for a generation of 80's club goers that sat back at home with friends and *drank*. Miss my friends and the music just as much, thx for the add.

Very good description. There *IS* a story running through Blood. It's definitely the most personal album to Ivo, and the only one he wrote lyrics for.

I love all the TMC records, but Blood may be the one I have listened to the most. It is amazing, especially on double vinyl...come on 4AD, let's get some remastered versions out!

Some of the shots are quite cool, but the multiple repeats of the album cover and rerun of the earlier shots after the halfway point ruin your intended effect. I was quite bored by the 4:50 mark, and I am a huge TMC fan.
