The amusing part is that every time I go through Narita, the Health Consultation Desk is empty so you just walk straight through, although at such times there is a sign stating that if you feel ill (even with just a cold), you cannot proceed until you have spoken with a Health Officer, and to wait for assistance.
@B0eing1992 Nope. They were playing these until only a few years ago when the new Airshow program displays arrival information for passengers, it made these videos obsolete.
@B0eing1992 Many airlines still use the firm that makes these videos, which only show how to get around the airport your flight is heading for as a courtesy to avoid people getting lost. Of which Narita, like London's Heathrow, is basically a long hike from your flight to Immigration and Quarantine, during which you can get sidetracked by signs which are for international connecting passengers to go through screening before connecting with either terminal.
Those blue buildings are Cargo Terminal. The shuttle runs in front of the blue buildings, but does not stop there. There is a train station called "Higashi Narita" which the shuttle makes a stop on the way from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2.
I have a question. I don´t undestand very well English, and I will be in transit at Narita this Feb. I wanna be sure about: People in TRANSIST to other country don´t need to claim baggage in Narita, automatically will be transfert to another fly, right?????
I remember this video. One change from this video is that the Star Alliance members now all operate from Terminal 1, rather then being divided between the 2 terminals.

If T 1&2 are White buildings, then what is the blue building? The shuttle stops there, but it wasn't mentioned in the video

If you are connecting to another flight out of Naritia, ur bags will be transfered. You will have to go through Immigration at your last stop.

wow, so much to do. Even though I don't have to do any of it, it still made me a bit overwhelmed.
