Such a great action flick, yet such a terrible Bond film. Craig was amazing in Casino Royale but the story was just awful.

Ugh you can go on and on about this movie being bad but it was made for a purpose and had to be made. It had to be made to close the plot with Vesper and show his independance and how he moves on because vespers the only one he's truly loved.

I can see why this didn't do as well. It was decent but I didn't believe for a second that a little puny wimp like that land-owner guy could last 5 seconds fighting Bond. Bond kicks ass the whole movie then has a hard time against that guy?  I don't think so...

As an action film, and as a sequel of kinds to Casino Royale, it could have been a lot worse. But Craig is way too serious. Where is the suaveness of Connery? Where is the humour of Moore? Where is the relaxed, almost comic approach to Bond we saw with all the other leading men? This isn't the Bond so many know and love. We've lost our caricature villains, and playful pin-up Bond girls. This is simply yet another action flick, and although it has its moments, Bond left with Pierce.

i liked the movie, i just really wished he couldve kept one girl LOL, that would be the casiano royale one.. because he was madly inlove with her. but maybe for bond 23 he should have an agent girlfriend who ACTUALLY knows how to fight and defend herself. instead of him saving the girl's life, the girl would save his life at times. that be pree cool. and also, anyone notice how the chick at the end was the ONLY girl he hadn't fucked?!

an agent of "Quantum" probably shot him. JB left Green in the desert with a can of motor oil. replay 3:19- that should clue you in a bit. ...its vague but you can make some guesses.

@Shiek927 Or maybe their relationship was more like a friendship or comradeship based on the fact that they both were looking for a revenge for someone that had died, and therefore knew how each other felt and wanted the other to succeed in their revenge. Which is quite a new level on Bond&theBondgirl relationship.
