I believe it's 2-50's, 2-44's, and 1 22lb. No need to doubt anything Gabriel does. He's lifted the Inch dumbbell, which in and of itself is harder than a 200lb RT.

The plates are two 25kg, two 20kg and one 5kg. And with the setup it would even be two or three kilos more.
