But I think American kids my age don't know nothin about thrash bands, older death metal bands, black metal bands, and classic metal bands, mostly because these mainstream metal bands always look like the only metal bands in existence to people now

@tubularniggaz yeah, I've known Violator for a long time now. They come from Brazil, I'm sure, and Brazil is blasting out so many excellent new bands! So is Australia and Germany. Check out Cruel Force, Trench Hell, and Nocturnal Graves if you haven't. That's what the best of new thrash metal is! Way better than stuff like Municipal Waste.

@tubularniggaz well, thanks, that's actually pretty friendly! Yeah, check out Trench Hell, they sound like 100% 80s speed metal, and they've only been around for six freakin years. Look at Nocturnal Graves too. Trench Hell's singer was guitarist for that band

I know they ran into quite a bit of legal trouble and that's all I'll say but I think they're still together. I don't speak to them on a regular basis so I don't know. What I DO know is that they need some new fuckin material - don't get me wrong this shit is awesome but they haven't written anything new in quite some time!
