So I'm sure PBT fans through the years tried to get them to do all sorts of things and I'm sure some had limited success. Working dogs bred through the centuries to do a specific job cannot be easily replaced. Peoples lively hood depended on it. So as many APBT are born not to fight the breed will become less dog aggressive.

fairly speaking,pit wins as usual. presa doesnt have the game to finish and it couldnt bear the pain for so long,either quit or killed by pitbull in the pit.pitbulls dont knw how to quit and very high tolerance in pain and the fighting ability can last 4 to 5 hours. presa,tosa,shepherd dogs like CAO,KANGALS,CO will not fight longer than 10 or 15 minutes and they mostly quit,there might be some than can last to 30 mins but it's so rare. all these things ive seen and not just heard and read about.

@DogSoldier011 Oh no i have those two dogs as my house dogs among others.The neo is a Working neo weighing 180ish while the CAO weighs 170ish.They both will NOT welcome strangers of any sort.They have fought black bear AND won.I will say st. Bernards are my favorite dog of ALL.

@DogSoldier011 Yea he is heavy.He does have moments of extreme energy but like all neo's and large dogs he can't keep it up.From MY experience they live 8-10 years AVERAGE but have seen them live longer and had one live to 12 years.The fastest,quickest and strongest for size is my pitbull.He hoghunts and will run and go for hours.

8- 10 years is pretty avergae for a dog that is over 150 thats something to expect.

@DogSoldier011 Well i have them just to experiment with the two playing off each others traits. and have found them to be great against black bears and the moscow watchdog is a house/guard dog where as the pit and tosa are house guard dogs.My regular pet dog is a bloodhound cur mix and he will track a hog like no one else.
Pit bulls have a confidence level that is matched by no other breed in my experience. They also have pain tolerance levels higher than any other breed too. A cop shot one in the head here and it did not kill the dog. They had to shoot the dog 9 times to murder the poor thing. Pit Bulls (APBT) are one of a kind, and I wish people stop saying that Presas will kill one.. it's not the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog. BTW Don't fight dogs! Pretty pups here too!

@TheGiotispaok every individual dog is unique and different just like with humans. A well train pit to fight ca win I admit that but in average it won't beat a bigger dog. I mean a normal untrained pit against a normal untrained bigger dog. If pits can be train to be ultimate fighters other dogs can be trained as well. Akbash was the dog I saw beating a pit. He just used his strength and weight to keep the pit down. Stamina doesn't matter if the other dog finishes the pit quick.

So Presa is a hearding dog to protect against wolf or other domestic dog. PBT does not submit or recognize submission and most dogs don't understand that.

So I'm sure PBT fans through the years tried to get them to do all sorts of things and I'm sure some had limited success. Working dogs bred through the centuries to do a specific job cannot be easily replaced. Peoples lively hood depended on it. So as many APBT are born not to fight the breed will become less dog aggressive.

fairly speaking,pit wins as usual. presa doesnt have the game to finish and it couldnt bear the pain for so long,either quit or killed by pitbull in the pit.pitbulls dont knw how to quit and very high tolerance in pain and the fighting ability can last 4 to 5 hours. presa,tosa,shepherd dogs like CAO,KANGALS,CO will not fight longer than 10 or 15 minutes and they mostly quit,there might be some than can last to 30 mins but it's so rare. all these things ive seen and not just heard and read about.

Pit bulls have a confidence level that is matched by no other breed in my experience. They also have pain tolerance levels higher than any other breed too. A cop shot one in the head here and it did not kill the dog. They had to shoot the dog 9 times to murder the poor thing. Pit Bulls (APBT) are one of a kind, and I wish people stop saying that Presas will kill one.. it's not the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog. BTW Don't fight dogs! Pretty pups here too!

And no a presa is not a giant pit it has no terrier in it nor is its temperment enything alike.

Isn't the Presa Canario really just a giant sized Pit Bull anyway? They're both fighting dogs, they both look the same, and they have similar temperaments. The only real difference is their size. Because of that, the Presa will likely kick ass on a Pit Bull. Sorry Pit Bull people but it's the truth.

@TheGiotispaok every individual dog is unique and different just like with humans. A well train pit to fight ca win I admit that but in average it won't beat a bigger dog. I mean a normal untrained pit against a normal untrained bigger dog. If pits can be train to be ultimate fighters other dogs can be trained as well. Akbash was the dog I saw beating a pit. He just used his strength and weight to keep the pit down. Stamina doesn't matter if the other dog finishes the pit quick.

@TheGiotispaok pits are not that strong. I mean there are dogs that are 3-4 times the size of a pit. I've seen dog fights where the pit was too small to reach for the other dogs neck or head. The bigger the dog the stronger he is, the bigger the head the stronger the bite. Pits are strong against other pits or dogs their size or almost their size. And I'm talking about real pits not big head and fat mixed bullies
