  • dont talk shit,the only people who use the amount of reps is for endurance..for size its 8-12 reps,clearly you dont go to the gym! and if you do lol good luck for getting bigger.

  • the least it is is 145 i dunno whether the weights on the side is a 5 or a 10 though if its a 10 then its 155.

  • you should try different combinations of different shoulder excercises in order for your body to reach 'a new level'. because if your body gets used to the excercise that it is doing then you wont progress as fast as when you started doing that excercise. so you should mix up the reps, the amount of weights, and the different shoulder combinations every workout so your body doesnt know what to expect, thus your body is under more stress and making more muscle and releasing more anabolic hormones

  • so there really isnt a best type of shoulder excercise.
