TERRIBLE editting. Just once I'd like to see what the fountain does without a jump cut away from it or an idiotic swirl effect interrupting it.

I'm guessing that the fountain is really cool to watch. But we'll never know.

And while we're at it, we don't need sports either-all that physicality should be diverted to military training. All of these are just distractions-the world needs to be gray. Good idea

I think it is a shame that people are so mind controlled by money that they can't appreciate the beauty and creative thought put into this. I think this is a amazing and I want to visit here now. This is actually smart because it draws tourism and creates commerce which put this place on the radar and helps them grow & this is why our country lacks growth. Too many people are so worried about money to realize that you need to spend money to make it. WAKE UP!

Get off at the station Express Bus Terminal which is on lines 3, 7, and 9.

Exit towards Shinsegae department store and ask which way is Han Gang River Park.. Walk towards the river and u will see a bridge.. There will an entrance to the park which heads underground and to the park.. Call 02-120 for more info if ur lost.

This would be classified as a visual distration in the US and would be banned for its potential to cause accidents. A better start to attracting tourists would be:

1. clean up the trash on the streets

2. create parks through urban planning

3. remove neon signs and other eye sores

4. close Seoul's open sewers to prevent unpleasant odors

5. create stricter zoning laws to avoid more cookie-cutter apartment complexes. Keep residential, business areas separate.

Did you know that there are people that die of hunger here in the US too? It's not the matter of lack of social aids that people die of hunger in Korea(just like how it is here). Most of the cases are related to crime or a simple lack of care. But I still do agree that the fountain is such a waste.
