i'm gonna admit this years e3 wasn't so great.. but the only major titles and tech worth watching e3 for was the Wii-u, the PlayStation vita, halo, and Nintendo s new technology . this year actually sucked because most of the titles announced... failed or there was to much motion based games...plus what the hell was ea thinking with battlefield trying to take on call of duty again......battlefield died so fast after modern warfare and modern warfare didn't even change at all lmao

Actually, I don't think he's going against the Forerunners. I think he's going to side WITH them. I doubt the Chief will have to fight against an ancient race of people who chose humans to be their successors (hence why the Halo rings can only be operated by humans).

If you've seen the Halo Legends cartoons (specifically Origins I), you see the Forerunners in armor similar to the Spartans II armor. I think that tech may have been passed down to humans from the Forerunners.
