btw, this cop isn't rushing anywhere that important taking the alternate route my friend. the officer is probably responding to maintain crowd control somewhere down street so they respond with "fight on the highway" it's what dispatch calls it. also, police were celebrating along with the citizens with sirens throughout the night. since, ppl want to put race into the matter there were a couple guys acompanied by tons of ppl climbing the traffic lights and braking them in the downtown area.
