@TwoHeartedAnt The lift is completely different to anything in a gym. The awkward holds and the immense inertia of the bridge combined with the fact you can't stand underneath it mean that traditional form is out of the window :)

@calbo555 Yeah I'm guessing that the counterweight is the giant block on the back, either way it looks cool, I could tell it wasn't that heavy due to the lack of maximal effort put into lifting it anyway :P.
