No They do t this way to protect them selves from people who don't have money and just want to buy online with money they don't have and in order to use the plugin you must be PayPal verified check the paypal site for more details all I can tell you is in order to get verified with them you either need a bank account(checking or savings) OR You get paypal credit with them to find out more about that, look for it on their site thanks for watching Talk to you later

and the card that your using, is it a prepaid credit card or a real credit card with a credit limit?

The reason I ask is because not all prepaid cards are accepted by PayPal, So write me back and let me know what card your using.

yes only if you get PayPal credit witch can take a while to do. Just look up how to get your PayPal account verified without using your bank info. I haven't done that method myself so I can't walk you through it, but check on the PayPal website to see how its done by searching the topic. The reason I say that is because that's the only way the plug-in will generate secure cards for you(Only if you have a verified PayPal Account). I hope that answered your question and I hope I helped.

Oh and one more thing. When using the secure cards, your bank info and your actual credit card info is not shown. The PayPal secure card info is shown with YOUR home address info that you entered into your PayPal account. The companies don't know where that money is coming from. They don't even know that it's PayPal your paying with (they think it's and actual Master Card they are getting the money from) and the PayPal secure cards always take the money out of your PayPal Account funds First.
