Thats exactly that i've been telling other people and telling other people that want to lose weight. Yeah, goals are good, but honestly i'm not trying to lose a certain amount of weight every week. Its a lifestyle change. Just change what you eat, and exercises 3-5 times a week and dont keep it on your mind the entire time, just let it happen. Don't make losing weight a crusade or make it something harder than it actually is. Just change for the better and by no time you'll be transformed.
