hey i was lvl 30 took the almost perfect got luck 9 but i had the lucky 8 ball so i had 10 luck ,i picked this bobblehead but it didnt gave me +1 luck , i can see this because when i drop the 8 ball my luck is 9 . so be sure to drop the 8 ball and then pick the bobble head . i play in a 360 goty version maybe its a bug

it easy to get to the cemetry just go to the flooded metro and follow your local map to the closet way out its piss easy your in the metro for like 1 sec

@xMisterHigginsx He's the most wanted criminal in the Wasteland (next to Eden, Autumn and their lackeys, of course). If you have Lawbringer you can take a finger (and a special finger that's unique to him). The finger gets the normal bounty and his finger gets 1000 caps.

Take the Flooded Metro S-E from Super-Duper Mart (not the one east from Nuka Cola Plant). Thru that u will find ur self in Arlingtons Cemetery.
