all people on here are dumb the 01 audi s4 is an enthusiast car , i know i have one one. that platform of having a light car with 250 hp then you can chip it and get bmw like hp 330 then you can upgrade turbos (rs4) and get another 50 to 80 hp so now your up to 400hp then you can do intake and exhaust another 50 hp , so you end up with 450 hp , i did this to my car and i will blow away any infinity.. the later models s4 got heavier and went to v8 supercharged. it takes a lot more to mod them
@ARMONI555 only mods i didso far is new magnaflow mufflers which are lighter and lil rumble to them since its already decent setup since it is dualed out already and left resonators on up front cuz didn't want it too loud. Afterall, it is an audi and not a riceburner. installed the Evoluttion motorsports CAI and works well but may be maybe another 5 h.p. or so. and runnin sum cheap aftermarket chip which basically gets faster throttle response. Going to upgrade to the Unitronic Chip in month.
@ARMONI555 let me b clear. i'm runnin the 3.2 v6 and not the turbo. tried the 2.0t model and stock just doesn't have the punch and all around power the 3.2 does. With a good chip and exhaust and different intake whether its carbonio or evolution you can get another 30 h.p. or so realistically but other than that just supercharger but still hit 23 in city and bout 30-32 m.p.g. on highway . 2.0t is soo much more tuner oriented but louder on the road. luv engine and quattro. never nothin else.

I dont know about nissan vq35 engine, but that audi V8 pulls harder when redlined. top end power is really good. I even walked a TL-S with one equipped with 20" wheels

Being a prior owner of an Audi, I can tell you that they are the biggest pieces of shit. Incredibly over-rated, but nice if they're running. Which isn't ever very long. Fuck Audi.
They're just Audi fan boys. I said some shit that they all know is true, but are too stubborn to realized what a terrible Audi puts out there. My 300 horsepower cloud had everything go wrong. The power options were going out all the time, one of the brake calipers was faulty, and had compressor surge for no reason.
Go to car and driver and look up "Dependability" and there you'll find a solid black dot, which means "DON'T FUCKING BUY IT."

I drove the S4 when this video was shot. I drove the car poorly and I can assure you, it would have been close. At least until the S4 got it's weight moving. We made other runs which the passenger in the G didn't film.There's a second movie posted where i paid a tad more attention to the G. It would have been close but as soon as that 4.2 picks up some revs... i'm not so sure the V6 that's running out of breath can keep up. Phil, how are you enjoying the " Dark" side now?
the g35 was shifting fast, and it appeared the s4 missed a gear. If the audi driver would have driven the car correctly it would have walked the g. Look at seconds 5-9 and you'll see the audi was pulling pretty good even at the top of the g35's powerband, but then suddely it fell back.
no way the guy in the Audi was even trying. I destroy g35/350z all the time in my B6 S4. G35 would get walked on hard. they are terribly overrated cars and the engine is also overrated. the power output is nice but the torque curve is not driver friendly thus making them much slower than actually advertised
the s4 was mine until i sold it recently. the g35 driver is a good friend of mine and is in fact a good driver. the race wouldn't be so close if that weren't the case. he can powershift perfectly (shift without taking his foot off the gas)
