No, you are thinking in rules and matrixes. Jean Michel Jarre explained in an interview once that everything is music it is just the form of intention an iduvidual applies to it, I agree with him, two spoons klicking against eachother is already music. Anton Le Vey explained that people that do not need the crap you just mentioned have a higher brainwave acceleration, I also agree on him.
