@final1 That sounds like a KB to me....the eaton blowers have a much lower tone and a much more annoying "whine" or "wailing" noise. All KB twin-screws have a distinct high-pitched "scream" type noise on high boost.
That's why I stick to bikes I've owned a 10 second Honda, rode in a 550wheel kb cobra and a didn't even come close to my 929 and. This Gsxr is about 15 horse more one word I guess explains all of this... fuck!!! Thumbs up if you agree
I have a K8 gsxr 600, and my brother has a Kenne Bell 03 mustang. Just because of the weight difference, it is real hard to beat a bike. Its def NOT impossible to do. But its real hard when you are going against a 1000 because the bike still pulls all thru the powerband. Kenne Bell Cobras are fu@#ing awesome, and u wont get wet when it rains!!! lol
theres plenty of 10 second cars that'll smoke the gsxr1000...most of em u gotta do on a roll because the car wont get the off the line traction like the bike does, cuz the bikes have 0 torque and wide gears which give them tons of low end traction, but the 10 second and below cars always blow by them in upper end because of the bikes lack of displacement

I also, i know MOST cars are limited to under 180 but there a very few that can go faster.

@larryadam2 ,Yea, this stock Suzuki 374 pound ,with out rider bike runs a 1/4 in 10.1 seconds.Has a top speed of 180mph and 0-60 of 3 seconds.Those numbers for a cobra are not that hard to come up with.Pretty much the only thing the bike has the win from is its light weight acceleration proven by a sweet 3 second sprint to 60mph.Do research on older 5.0 mustangs with turbos and you will see they are hitting high 9s as well.There are more then a "few" out there for sure.

@ilovechevy1 I tell you what, not bashing your car because I'm sure it's mean. However I have a mustang gt def. worth racing. 05 mustang gt Forged stroker 76mm turbo and supporting mods. It'll be back together shortly and I'll get some new videos up. Stock bottom end and 60mm turbo I ran side by side with a modded gsxr 1000 with a lot of mods. However the rider was rather large (280ish). just sayin don't rule out all mustang gt's.
@probercr93 nice..sounds like a beast indeed...i recently got mine done with a few more mods (still not done by far)..ran an 11.3 @ 120 before...but since then i have added water/ meth injection...an LS6 intake.( vs the LS1 intake that was on it)...60lb injectors ( vs the 42lb ones that where on it) ...fixed fuel pressure problems...so i'm looking for it to run a 10.8 or 10.9 once i get it back to the track...it's my daily driver..still has every thing on such as A/C ect ect...what state you in?

When I ran the gsxr I was running 14ish lbs of boost so with that I was probably at around 10.8's 10.9's as well. But later on racing a 500whp honda civic the head gasket let go. So new set-up I'm looking for around 800whp on motor and I'm going to throw a 200 shot on for shit's n giggles. probably never use it. But I'm in Indiana, you?

Throw on a turbo on that bike and it would have wasted that car. Also the rider of the ZX-10 was a fat ass. A stock supra is slow as hell that can't get out of its own way.

TO be completely honest i think that cobra was stock...It sounded like it. My friends built 2003 cobra has beaten SEVERAL bikes. Including a few busas and gsx 1ks. Not even tryin to flame, hes got the suspension set up like a monster...and has around 700hp with 4.10's. Its a beast of a car, It's been known to make several small children cry. I love it.

For stock or piped GSX-R's it takes about 800-900 rwhp in a car weighing around 3400 lbs to beat it by a few car lengths. A buddy of mine who does the Servin it up stunt vids put his 930+ Hp Viper against one of his own bikes and the car took it but only at those high power levels. Anything lower and the bike will edge it out.

I ride myself, and even right here in lil ole Albuquerque, there is a fair amount of builds that will run bikes. All I'm saying is that if you've got the know how and some extra cash laying around, you can garage build yourself something that will eat bikes.

@larryadam2 ,Yea, this stock Suzuki 374 pound ,with out rider bike runs a 1/4 in 10.1 seconds.Has a top speed of 180mph and 0-60 of 3 seconds.Those numbers for a cobra are not that hard to come up with.Pretty much the only thing the bike has the win from is its light weight acceleration proven by a sweet 3 second sprint to 60mph.Do research on older 5.0 mustangs with turbos and you will see they are hitting high 9s as well.There are more then a "few" out there for sure.

@shadlad91 yeah..i have an AEM water/ methanol injection kit that i bought from summit...i run a 50% water / 50% methanol mix...it acts as a chemical intercooler..and allows me to fight detonation..wich is a big deal for me since i'm still running a stock short block..wish GM would have made the LS1 with forged pistons and rods..then i'd have atleast 800 RWHP by now probally..it's the only thing about a Termi cobra that i'm jealous about..i do plan on getting a Texas speed forged 347 real soon

@ilovechevy1 I tell you what, not bashing your car because I'm sure it's mean. However I have a mustang gt def. worth racing. 05 mustang gt Forged stroker 76mm turbo and supporting mods. It'll be back together shortly and I'll get some new videos up. Stock bottom end and 60mm turbo I ran side by side with a modded gsxr 1000 with a lot of mods. However the rider was rather large (280ish). just sayin don't rule out all mustang gt's.

@probercr93 nice..sounds like a beast indeed...i recently got mine done with a few more mods (still not done by far)..ran an 11.3 @ 120 before...but since then i have added water/ meth injection...an LS6 intake.( vs the LS1 intake that was on it)...60lb injectors ( vs the 42lb ones that where on it) ...fixed fuel pressure problems...so i'm looking for it to run a 10.8 or 10.9 once i get it back to the track...it's my daily driver..still has every thing on such as A/C ect ect...what state you in?

@ilovechevy1 nice, my old set-up I ran 11.4 @ 122 not launchin hard and not shifting hard(stock rear end didn't like hard launches) @ 10 lbs of boost. When I ran the gsxr I was running 14ish lbs of boost so with that I was probably at around 10.8's 10.9's as well. But later on racing a 500whp honda civic the head gasket let go. So new set-up I'm looking for around 800whp on motor and I'm going to throw a 200 shot on for shit's n giggles. probably never use it. But I'm in Indiana, you?

Throw on a turbo on that bike and it would have wasted that car. Also the rider of the ZX-10 was a fat ass. A stock supra is slow as hell that can't get out of its own way.

TO be completely honest i think that cobra was stock...It sounded like it. My friends built 2003 cobra has beaten SEVERAL bikes. Including a few busas and gsx 1ks. Not even tryin to flame, hes got the suspension set up like a monster...and has around 700hp with 4.10's. Its a beast of a car, It's been known to make several small children cry. I love it.

For stock or piped GSX-R's it takes about 800-900 rwhp in a car weighing around 3400 lbs to beat it by a few car lengths. A buddy of mine who does the Servin it up stunt vids put his 930+ Hp Viper against one of his own bikes and the car took it but only at those high power levels. Anything lower and the bike will edge it out.
