  • I noticed More Types of Gyno :

    1. the Obese One : - which is Small & Hard Nipple with Big BooB

    2. the Normal One : - which is Big & Soft Nipple but Not Very Big BooB,Just Big Enough :-)...but the Nipple is More Evident than the BooB

  • and Yes is Not Recommended TO WORK THE LOWER PART OF THE CHEST TOO MUCH,ONLY ENOUGH...BUT UPPER PART OF THE CHEST CAN BE WORKED A LOT AS YOU WISH ;-)

    BuT you can BULK UP the Rest of the Body...THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS _-LOWER CHEST-_

    and I recommend THE UPPER CHEST TO BE WORKED MORE THAN NORMAL AS MUCH AS YOU WISH BECAUSE IT WILL MAKE YOUR GYNO LOOK SMALLER....if you want You Can Stop Working The Lower Chest,but I recommend TO WORK THE LOWER CHEST JUST A BIT :-)

  • @olinblockedme yes this thing I do...but, for guys who have big boobs I recommend Firstly to train The Upper Chest...and also The Lower Chest,but not so much

    honest I done in this way several months ago,I trained a lot my Chest Edges & Whole Upper Chest and 1-2 Months Ago I started again to Work My Whole Chest Simultaneous,but hmm I don't know why my boobs are not so big now as they were in past (more than "several months ago"),and I work now quite hard my Lower Chest by doing Dumbbell Flies

  • @olinblockedme and yes Periodically the Whole Chest must be worked...I work all my group muscles in 2 days and the rest of the week I don't do anything...because I work all my muscles so hard I have big pain and the pain goes in 2 , 3 or 4 days...and 1 , 2 or 3 days I rest...so yes I think that I work enough my chest and periodically

    HMM MAYBE I DON'T FEEL MY BOOBS SOO BIG LIKE IN PAST BECAUSE I FOUND THAT THEY ARE NOT A BIG SHAME BECAUSE THEY CANNOT BE CURED EASY AND THEY ARE NOT FAT ! :-)

    1. _caused by Obesity_ - which can be easily cured by doing sport...But Many Obese Persons HAVE NOT SO BIG GYNO (MAN BOOBS) Like Other GUYS WHO ARE NOT OBESE...EVEN SKINNY GUYS...but the guys Who are Not Obese &still have Gyno represent the 2nd category :

    2. _caused by hormones_ - of the Sexual Hormone Estrogen (the feminine sexual hormone) AND MEN HAVE ALSO ESTROGEN (MADE BY SUPRA RENAL GLANDS) ESPECIALLY TEENS
